Free Fish Day

Saturday was free fish day. Since Colby does not have an idaho liscence this year we made the best of free fish day. We went out to our secret fishing spot that we caught a 22 in fish last year. We were not as lucky this year but we did get a good brown trout about 16 inches and a couple rainbows.

And the big fish of the day. He was chubby, but we set him free. It was sad cause he almost didn't make it probably because it took me forever to take my camera out. Poor guy!

On Friday we went to Idaho Falls and we took some pictures of the temple.

While we were there, we saw some baby geese.

Oh and I had to post this picture, especially for Colby's family, when we were crossing the street we felt that we needed to carry on the tradition of crosswalk flag waving!

Wedding and Mountain Home

This past weekend I went to my friend Brooke's wedding. It was so fun to see old friends. She is so happy and married such a good guy! Congrats Brooke! Here are some pictures of the wedding fun.

While I was at the wedding Colby went to visit Rusty, a friend of his from his mission. Rusty loves to hunt like Colby so they went shed hunting and they both found a set of moose antlers. Colby was so excited. He also got to play with all of rusty's animals like a baby racoon, and horses.

I made a cute video of Colby's trip there with him playing with the horses and feeding the calf but I cannot figure out how to post it.  I exported the video from I-Movie and it puts it in M4V format and blogger only takes AVI, MPEG, Quicktime and those other ones.  So if anyone knows what I am doing wrong please tell me.

Bannack Montana

Last Thursday, I had a school trip for my custom images class. We went to a ghost town in Bannack, Montana. It was quite a long day. We left at 8:30 am and didn't get back till 10pm. But it was a blast. I took over 600 pictures. It was ridiculous. Here are some of my favorites.

I am taking a custom images class this semester and learning so much.  I love taking pictures, I just wish I had more time this semester to put tow

Quick Catch Up

Last week was our semester break.  We spent a week in Arizona, visiting our families and relaxing.  We met our new niece Jaycie, who by the way is adorable!  We were slackers and did not take any pictures the whole trip, so you will just have to use your imagination on how much fun it was and how nice the weather was.  School has started up again and Colby and I are SOOOO busy! I am taking 23 credits which is 11 classes and if it doesn't kill me I will graduate in July! Colby is taking his incredibly hard chemistry and biology classes and is studying for the DAT. Nothing else really new we already miss our families and the Arizona heat!

At a relief society activity we had a service auction and a girl in our ward who is a senior in the photography department was auctioning off family pictures.  So i decided that it would be fun to have some pictures of the two of us that are not engagement pictures and that are not wedding pictures.  Colby was not too keen on the idea of posing for pictures but he loves me so we did it and here are some that turned out really good!

Suns Game

Just some pictures from the Suns game.  The Suns lost in over time but it was a really good game to watch.  They would have won if it weren't for Grant Hill!  We got to meet some players after the game but we forgot to take pictures.  We had fun but were so tired the next day because we didn't get home until really late!
