Only Child Until.....June 2012

For those who do not already know Archer is going to be a BIG brother! We are expecting a baby in June 2012! Archer does not understand it quite yet haha we ask him if he wants a baby brother or sister and he yells NO! oh well he will have to get over that. It will be hard to have another little baby a thousand miles away from family but it is a good excuse to have them come visit :) Also we will be moving to Vancouver, Washington the first week in January. Colby will be going to school in Portland, Oregon. Quite a few changes coming soon but we are excited for them.

State Champs 5 out of 6!

My dad's football team won the state championship again this year! It was the 5th time in 6 years! Such a fun game the only thing that could have made it better was if Colby got to be there but he had a hunt with some friends one from his mission. It was such a good game though.

Park

A few days ago we took Archer to the park to ride his "kuck" aka his truck or quad and to play some football. What else could a little boy ask for?

Football

Archer LOVES football it is so crazy we will be in a restaurant or airport really anywhere and if he sees a football game on TV he will start yelling Football, Football, Football. It's so funny! So on Friday nights we get to go to my dad's football games and Archer goes crazy.

Driggs Idaho

This last weekend Colby Archer and I went to Idaho to visit Zach and Rececca and their cute kids. We got there and had some time to stop in Rexburg for a few hours to see some old friends. Then we went to Driggs to stay in a nice cabin. It was so pretty up there are the weather was great!

Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day Weekend we went to the mountains with Colby's family to get out of the heat and Colby's dad had an antelope hunt. Lucky for us they shot the antelope before we even got up there Friday morning. So Colby was able to hang out with us. The weather was nice and it was fun to just relax. We went to Long Lake on Sunday to go fishing and the guys caught like 30 Crawdads.

ARCHERS

So since I got drawn to shoot an elk this year...... my husband has bribed me to go to the archery range on a weekly basis so that I don't embarrass him this fall. This weekly activity has become Archer's favorite day of the week. I guess it is in the blood because he LOVES arrows, deer, elk and anything hunting related. And all the other "Archers" out on the range love this little boys name. I wonder why?!
