Snowman

Colby and I made a Snowman!
The snow was perfect for compacting.
Last year our snowman was a little depressing
so it was nice to have one that actually looked good.
And yes we made the snowman a deer.
Snowmen are just not complete without antlers.
See this is last years snowman.
I know it's kinda pathetic, but it's a pretty funny picture.
He is so cute!
And since Colby had a hand in making this snowman,
we all know he could not do it without being silly
so he gave the snowman a bum! :)

Ice Skating

I don't know why all the videos i upload are such bad quality but here is a video of Colby and I ice skating. Neither one of us have been ice skating anywhere other than Polar Ice. They have a zamboni there that keeps the ice smooth. I guess they don't have zamboni's in Rexburg cause the ice was soo uneven, but we still had a good time.

Arizona, Vegas, & Florida

It's been over a month since I last posted.  We've been very busy this last month, we spent 3 weeks on vacation.  In December we flew down to Arizona.  First we spent some time with Colby's family, then we went to Las Vegas for the U of A vs. BYU bowl game.
Here's John freezing his bum off.  It was so cold that night.
Davis Hasselhoff sang the national anthem at the game.
He just had to get a picture of Colby and I.
We stayed at the Venetian.  It was so nice!
Then back to Arizona for Christmas.  It was so much fun spending time with all of our families.  After Christmas we flew to Orlando Florida.  My dad was coaching in the Under Armour All American Game.  While he went to practice everyday Colby, my brother and I went to the Disney theme parks.
The first day we spent at Magic Kingdom.
Watch This Video.. We saw a parade and the middle reindeer has a lazy eye.
Colby finds antlers every where he goes!
Then we went to Disney's water park Blizzard Beach.  That one was the best of all the parks. The water slides were a blast and the best part is that we were getting tan in the middle of winter.
Here is another crazy 120 ft drop water slide we went down,
I guess it's the tallest in the world.
That night was new years eve.  We didn't really do much since we were exhausted from being at the water park all day but we went outside to see all the firework displays.  There was like 5 different displays we could see from our hotel.
The third day we went to Hollywood Studios.  They had an awesome rollercoaster that was all electric, so that when you go upside down you don't shake like crazy.
Here is Colby in "San Francisco" he looks so happy to be there.
The Hollywood Tower of Terror was pretty fun too.
The next day we went to Animal Kingdom.  This was by far Colby's favorite park.  He loves anything to do with animals.  I had no idea he would like seeing all the animals so much.  I should probably take to him to the zoo more often.  We went on a Safari that was pretty cool.
Just some monkeys at animal kingdom.
Colby feeding the birds.  Apparently he doesn't like guys haha.
The last park we visited was Epcot.  Probably the most boring park except it had Soarin. Thats the ride that takes you over the ocean, the mountains, and orange groves where you can literally smell the oranges.
At the Under Armour game Ludacris performed at halftime.
At Downtown Disney we saw Mindy in Lego form.
After a week in Florida and three weeks of living out of a suit case we were definately ready to go home.  Unfortunately we had to go back to the snow.  We are back in school, and busy with homework.
On December 27th we celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary.
I am so lucky to have Colby!
He is the greatest husband and really cute too!

3 PEAT

Yesterday my dad's football team, Saguaro, won the state championship for the 3rd year in a row! Go DAD! They beat their rival, Chaparral, 38-0.  It was such a fun game to watch.  Colby and I wish we could have been there with you dad!  Congrats!

Christmas Tree

This Thanksgiving we had dinner just the two of us, since we will be going down to Arizona in about 2 and 1/2 weeks for Christmas.  We missed our families so much but had fun making a turkey, stuffing, potatoes and pie all by ourselves.  On Saturday we cut down our Christmas Tree. I t was snowing outside but that just made it more interesting and fun.
We decided to do bows on the tree this year.
Colby even let us decorate the elk.

Christmas Card Pictures and more

This post is mainly for Colby's mom or anyone else who is interested in some new pictures.  We finally went out to take some pictures for the Christmas card and here are a few of our favorites.  We also added a picture of the truck with the new fenders.  I'm almost done with the memo board so i put a picture on here of that as well, all i need to do is put the trim on.  Thanks so much I love it!
